STEP 3: Reserve your room.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us (within 3-5 days) and you can reserve your room.
Please note that rooms are reserved exclusively for TAF participants. Rooms cannot be booked for followers. You have a choice: either not join us, as this event is simply not for you, or join knowing that your followers may not fully participate in all the events, while still enjoying being part of our space.
SETPE 4: Join the chat group.
You’ll receive another email from us and be invited to a chat group.
All important information including meal options will be shared there for you to book.
You’ll be able to reserve your spot for transportation from Bangkok to TAF 2025.
SETPE 5: Meet at out pick-up spot.
We’ll meet at Sara J Café in Soi Sukhumvit 24. Please come for coffee, tea, and for each other. Here, you can pay the remaining balance and settle your accommodation and transportation payments. We will leave Bangkok at 10:30. If there isn’t enough time to complete check-in, we can also take care of that on the bus.
